Goals and focus:
Deepening Technique: Adults develop advanced BJJ techniques with emphasis on control, defensive and offensive positions, and tactical sparring.
Self-control and strategic thinking: Promote discipline, critical thinking skills and self-control, crucial for overcoming challenges on and off the mat.
Self-confidence and sense of community: Strengthen self-confidence through effective self-defense techniques and foster a sense of camaraderie and respect within the BJJ community.
Program content:
Advanced Technical Training: Intensive instruction in BJJ techniques, including advanced positions, sweeps, escapes, submissions and combinations.
Strategic sparring: Regular sparring sessions to apply techniques in realistic scenarios, with emphasis on strategy, timing and adaptive responsiveness.
Continuous development and evaluation: Ongoing assessments to monitor personal growth, refine technical skills and pursue personal and shared goals in BJJ.
